Privacy

Plain-language summary for the beta. A lawyer-reviewed policy will replace it before general availability.

What we store

• Studio accounts (email, name, role) and workspace settings.
• Client names and contact emails the studio enters, and what each contact is allowed to decide.
• Project records: requirements, answers, decisions, file references and metadata, review notes, and messages sent to project addresses or pages.
• An audit log of changes.

What we don't store

• Original footage or full-resolution exports — they stay in the studio's or client's storage.
• Anyone's inbox. Only mail sent to a project's address is processed.

Processing

Reply text may be sent to our model provider to propose structured updates. Video is never sent to a model. Structured decisions are always checked by our own rules before anything changes.

Deletion

The studio owner can request export or deletion of the workspace. Deletion removes application records and revokes client links; provider backups expire on their documented schedules.
